Update: Paint already cleaned from Cybertrucks vandalized in Miami Tesla delivery lot

Guess what ! They will wipe clean with some alcohol or thinner and schedule it as part of delivery to one of us ... Tesla playing cheap here by hiring ungated/uncovered parking lot.

What's wrong with cleaning them up?

I think perimeter security would cost more than the actual cost of damages.

Not sure if its been mentioned, but sentry mode pick up anything from all those Teslas?

The default setting is sentry mode off. It consumes too much energy to have it enabled during storage. These types of petty crimes are rarely investigated by police anyways.

Technically it's not a crime if it cleans up easily. The amount of criminality includes 'damages' ...and the easier it is to fix, the less damages there are.

California Penal Code [CPC] §§594(a)(1)-(3) – Vandalism – California makes it illegal to deface, damage, or destroy property that is not your own
