Update realistic Cybertruck reservation / order list

Why can’t Tesla provide an updated list that is accurate? I know there are many or orders that can’t be filled for other countries etc.
Also, what will happen if people ordered multiple trucks, will they get to buy as many as they ordered or will Tesla have a limit per person?

because they don’t have to follow any list (and in the past have chosen the not - and those were with $1,000 deposits)

long as Tesla doesn’t think they’re reselling in bad faith, Tesla will do like any other OEMs and sell multiples

Tesla will not ask anyone to complete their order until after they have published the specs and announced pricing of the various trims. It would be dumb to tie themselves down sooner than they need to because their goal is to try to get pricing and cofigs right from the beginning, so they don't need to keep adjusting them too much as time progresses. Also, there is no pressing need to announce these things far in advance of when people will be able to finalize their orders, anyway.

I was at Tesla takeover last weekend in San Luis Obispo. Sandy Munro was asking to buy an early build for tear down. Someone said one guy has 53 orders and another 15. Crazzzzzy. Nice event by the way. Lots of vendors onsight and a good list of speakers including Sandy and Maye Musk. No Cybertruck appearance though.

I too am hopeful, but my money is on September for the specs and pricing. I am 5k'th in line and assuming tesla delivers somewhat in order with a factory pickup option, i am betting i'll get mine delivered around Valentine's day

5kth in line? Wow! I ordered night of release within 2 minutes of words exiting out his mouth and I have no idea when or where I am in line. You have some good contacts I guess.

that is what i did too, placed the order before it crashed. you can check your reservation number on a few places to see your estimated place in line

I'm in about the same spot as you and I'm hoping by March. I looked at the reservation tracker and about 10% of the first 200 orders are out of country and if that scales to our place in line, those may cancel and move us up.

Well we were not off by much but wow, pricing was horrible to see the huge adjustment. disappointing but I put 1K down Dec 22 on the AWD FS. Now lets see if your Valentines day delivery stands. Tesla posted Jan to Mar 2024 but going into second week of January and not a single delivery except to employees looks like April to June.
