Using apple you can take a photo and it will outline certain things and keep them as stickers. Here is an Idea. Being able to take a photo of our trucks, and upload them so our screens match our trucks. That would be fun. Just an Idea.

That already exists https://github.com/teslamotors/custom-wraps

To apply a wrap image to your Cybertruck visualization, follow these steps:
  1. Plug the USB drive into your truck's USB port.
  2. Navigate to Toybox -> Paint Shop.
  3. Switch to the Wraps tab.
  4. Select a wrap image from the list.
  5. Tap on the wrap image to apply it to the car visualization.

does not work. It is just a wrap. I am talking about things like rims, bumpers, light bars, racks, ect. an actual photo of our own trucks. Would be neat.

A photo would not work, you would need a 3d model of your truck or possibly every available accessory. Think about how the model is used in the screen - every angle and animation would have to be updated. Not saying it’s not doable, just not sure it’s worth the effort.

I get a similar effect from the "make 3d" when I post pics. on FB. It would work with a couple photos I think.
