Posting here as well, know it is not the “proper” thread but hoping the J1772 lock will help other people.
Parked next to a Cybertruck on Monday (2024.05.06) in SLC premium parking area. When I parked your truck was plugged in. When I just got back (Thursday - 2024.05 09) it was not plugged in which I assume is just some asshat unplugging you to be a dick so I scanned my ChargePoint account and got you charging again. I always use a J1772 lock adapter when I use a public charger so people cannot do this.

Hope it helped!!
Update: They must of unplugged you right after I parked. Your truck pulled 42 kWh before going idle. Silly that people mess with vehicles that are plugged
Your configure date is Feb 9? My buddy is Feb 14 so his should be next!!Finally got a VIN assignment! I went over to PG to ask and see if my truck was already there, the reps there let me know it was in TX still, but told me that they see turn arounds in about 1-3 weeks, so really exciting.
Configure date: Feb 9
VIN assignment May 11
Delivery Date: TBD
VIN: 0112XX
Maybe you've already figured this out, but picked up April 25, and on June 4th I received an email titled "Update: Your Powershare Home Backup Installation." It states Tesla will be sending a $2,500 voucher for equipment purchase. There is a link in the email to Tesla's Powershare Support page. The page includes this info (my bold/underline added):Slight Change of Subject:
Has any of the OG and super helpful PG delivery recipients (I'm looking at you DumpsterFire!) got their Tesla Gateway 3 and Universal Wall Charger email yet?
AND if so, which "Tesla Certified Installer" was your "kit" sent to?
I took delivery on April 27 and nothing yet.
I find myself in an inconvent situation where my certified Tesla solar installers (Intermountain Wind and Solar) have heard nothing from Tesla about my hardware AND only want to come to my end of the Earth (Tropic, Utah) once. So, they will NOT install any of my $70k array (apparently I'm paying an end of the Earth surcharge too?) with 2 Powerwalls until they have everything in-hand. And yet the 3rd party lending company IWA set me up with is happy to start charging me interest on my loan while I have nothing to show for it... bless their hearts!
Sorry if this issue has been addressed elsewhere. I'm too busy doing cool stuff with my CyberTruck (and paying interest on my invisible solar array) to spend as much time on CTOC as I should.
Cheers!

Order and Installation Process
Within a few weeks of you placing your Foundation Series Cybertruck order, here’s what you can expect:
However, just before that the page states: "If your home is equipped with Powerwall and home charging, you do not require any additional equipment."
- We will email you a $2,500 Tesla Shop voucher and instructions for coordinating with a Tesla Certified Installer for the installation of your Powershare Home Backup equipment. The voucher can be used for either a single purchase in the Tesla Shop, which may include various items up to the voucher value, or toward the cost of your Powershare Home Backup equipment.
- If your home is eligible and you are interested in installing a Powershare Home Backup, you can contact a Tesla Certified Installer and sign an installation agreement to have your Powershare Home Backup equipment installed. Visit our designated Certified Installer Qmerit to request a quote. Installation cost depends on the installation configuration and complexity, but typically ranges from $2,000 to $3,500.
- If your home is ineligible or you are not interested in installing Powershare Home Backup equipment, you may use the voucher for a single purchase in the Tesla Shop as an alternative.
- Once you have signed an installation agreement with a Tesla Certified installer, use the provided voucher in the Tesla Shop to purchase your Powershare Home Backup equipment.
- After receiving your Powershare Home Backup equipment, coordinate with the Certified Installer for installation.
I have been through some early talks with my assigned installer Car Charging Pros (I'm up in Tremonton). I have a solar system already, but I'm thinking I'll add a single Powerwall so I can continue to use my solar during a power outage. If we had an extended outage I'd use the Cybertruck battery for (A LOT) more capacity. But if I'm understanding correctly I would not buy the extra equipment and spend the $2,500 in the Tesla shop on something else. The voucher does have to be spent all in a single purchase so that could be a challenge![]()
