I am curious about the three motor and what features it has to increase towing capacity.

Cooling, bigger battery with three motors can tow more pounds continuously up hill without damaging battery or motors due to waste heat removal systems.

The Rivian can tow the same for short periods, so could that electric F-150 prototype, but if they did that continuously the cooling system in the battery (or motor) would not be able to keep up with the waste heat produced.
