Vibration Update on my 976 AWD Vin

So Tesla SC called me today and asked me to come in. So I did they hooked the laptop up and put my truck in Service Mode Plus. and we did a test drive they 1st Disabled the Rear Motor and Stll had Vibration.. (and let me tell the truck was SLOW) then they disabled the Front Motor Vibration was gone, So they are ordering me a Front Motor.. What really sucks I have to Wait Till November to get it installed that the 1st appointment they had here in Raleigh,NC

This is what happened to my AWD. Front drive unit replaced and it fixed the annoying vibration. The motor swap was completed in one day. The entire job took nearly a month while waiting my turn in line, diagnosis and waiting on parts.

Is this a vibration when accelerating? Or at a certain top speed?
For example, I get a vibration when at speeds above 75 mph, but I assumed it was an alignment issue or the all terrain tires..

Not and Option it appears. seems the part going to take 4-6 weeks to be delivered also. . Life goes on LOL

You must live in California. In the rest of the USA, many of us live hours from the nearest SC, and the next nearest one would be a full day drive one-way.

My nearest SC and delivery center (Pensacola) is an embarrassment. a shared dumpy industrial garage. New cars awaiting delivery are stored on an empty lot next door, which is basically a wooded dirt lot that turns to mud when it rains (it rains often). It is worse than any KIA dealership and probably would rate poorly as a buy here pay here rural car lot.

lol yea I’m very familiar with PCola SC. That’s my place that’s closest and it’s 1 hours drive. Our next closet would be TLH at about 3-4 hours or so.
