Nice video of the construction. Shot from a drone, amazing how big the construction site is.

Gigafactory 5 Austin should be at least this big.

I would say this is a good project to watch in order to time how long GigaFactory5 will take. Texas will probably have less hurdles to go through in the early stages though.

Wonder why all those tower cranes for what I assume will be a one-story building.
It’s higher than one story for sure, Giga Nevada has multiple floors. Tower cranes are also helpful in unloading heavy supplies from trucks and positioning them quickly throughout the job site, this drastically speeds up the build process.
