Picked up my AWD Cybertruck it had some aesthetic issues and a weird vibration that’s most likely due to the wheels being out of balance. I have a service request. While going over the issues one of the employees said that they are unlikely to resolve a weld mark on my A pillar, even though I brought it up on delivery day and documented it with video and pictures. Has anyone experienced this? If so, did they resolve it?
I do not want to wrap it even for free I ordered on on reveal because it’s stainless.
They already tried to detail it out and decided it was a heat mark. The delivery teams appears to think it will be taken care of but the service employee I spoke to told me not to expect Tesla to do anything about it. I’m not sure who to believe.
I also had industrial adhesive all over the front, and rust spots that they were able to remove but the finish is all uneven now. I don’t really mind that though.
other issues.
The side view mirrors squeak while driving and opening and closing front doors worst on drivers side.
there is a vibration when traveling about 45mph and above 70 mph they believe the wheels need to be balanced.
And there is a factory sticker in the drivers side rear window showing when the window is shut. A lot of cybertrucks have this btw
