Crazy thought, I know.
But what if the wiper is designed to be removable just like (rumor says) the side mirrors?
Maybe Tesla really DID utilize the patented laser wiper system, but are required to include a legacy wiper too.

Thoughts?

Wishful thinking. I would LOVE for this to be the case, but I’m thinking we’re all getting a BAW with no sign of lasers. 😞

I don’t even notice the wiper anymore, and I’m sure it’ll be the same when we own a real CT. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Don't forget the quotes when you mention "laser".

I can't see the rationale for removing a safety feature, but it should be a bolt/nut wait!!!!

It's already just one nut away from being BAWless, so I dunno how much more removable it could ever be.
