Hello CT fam!
Wanted to begin to by saying thank you-whether you've got our fender trim, some running boards, or have the whole truck decked out in RealWheels EV upgrades, we appreciate you more than you know. ? Your feedback and support helps up to keep designing high-quality, American-made Cybertruck accessories to make your truck on-of-a-kind.
Big thanks to those of you who have shared photos on social or left a review on the site—we see you and are so grateful! If you haven't left a review yet, we'd love it if you could take a few minutes to leave some feedback on the product page(s) on our website. Photos and videos are especially appreciated! They help other CT owners get a feel for the product, and help us to see how they're being used in the real world.
We know your feedback is valuable. Once you've posted your review, shoot me an email at [email protected] (or send me a DM here), and we will send you a special discount code to express our sincere gratitude.
As I mentioned before, we SO appreciate the kind words you have posted here, on Reddit, Insta, etc. That support means a lot! But unless reviews are submitted directly on the product pages, they don’t get displayed on the site, which can make it seem like there’s little feedback when we know that's not the case.
Also, quick sidebar: we've recently started including thank you cards with QR codes to leave a review in your orders. Have you noticed them? We're not sure they've made much of a difference, so if you're feeling extra generous and want to leave feedback about leaving feedback ? drop your thoughts in the comments!
