When Should I Receive These Items?

I took delivery of my CB/CT a month ago. Can you comment as to how long I should be patient with Tesla or not:

1. I haven't received my $2,500 voucher, do I have to request it?
2. I haven't received my hubcaps
3. I haven't received my Lightbar

Let me know approx how soon you got the above or if you're still waiting?

Did you opt for PowerShare with Qmerit? If so your gateway and UWC might be shipped directly to your instaler. If not you can reach out to customer service @ Tesla shop. They responded to me within 24hrs. Caps and light bar are pending for many of us.

Thanks for the quick reply. I don't know "where" I would of "opted" for PowerShare/Qmerit? Where would I have done that? At the Service Center? Online (where?). AFAIK, I was never told about it other than it was an option, but nothing was sent to me via email or the Tesla App. I've been waiting for Tesla to do so.

I do not intend on getting the Powershare/Qmerit. I don't have solar, garage is too small, I will be moving out of the house in a year or two, the house is almost 100 years old, will not upgrade.

I went to https://ownership.tesla.com/1/app/home. There is a drop down with different ”ask a question” Give them your RN and vin. Advise them you just want the voucher.

The link didn't work. The link directs me to download the tesla app. I already have the Tesla app on my phone. And I don't see where to ask a question inside the phone app.

Ok, I found in my Tesla app a place to ask a question, I asked about the voucher and the app didn't help at all. The app was an AI called: "Tesla Assist Beta". I guess I'm not asking the right question.

I hope the Service Center is better than the app...

I’m guessing it’s a button the service center has to push. My deliver was scheduled for 9/11 4pm. When my brother arrived to get it for me, he immediately clicked the accept delivery button before even inspecting the car. I received my voucher notification immediately via email. Wheel covers came installed but still waiting in light bar.

Thank you Ubernoob! I drilled down into my app and found my wallet and the $2,500 credit is in there... YAY!

Now, I can go to the Tesla store and see all the wonderful things to buy (NOT! they are all out-of-stock)
