That's the truck of one of the guys at the cybertruck odyssey event. Asking @OG_Cyber_ , the organizer of the event, if he knows who it was or who he had wrap it. I met him, but I can't remember his name and don't have his social media tags .... I suck at that kind of thing

You should be abke to hire a graphic artiist to design one close to it without actually getting that exact print file.

I got mine custom designed by a graphic artist for only an extra $150 through my wrapper...I think it was actually someone based in China, or perhaps India. Did it all through email.

I even got the file put on a thumbstick to display my exact wrap on screen:
