Correction they are AT the scorpions are AS.Ok thanks. So the scorpions are just another all season option? Do you know the all terrain brand and model?
The tires in your picture are the factory GOODYEAR WRANGLER TERRITORY RT, and those are NOT factory Tesla centercaps. For some reason, the image on tire rack shows them on a T Sportline wheel. But these are the factory all-terrain tires that come on the cyber wheel package for the upcharge. Also, it says cyberbeast on the page, but it’s the same tire, regardless of the trim, AWD or CB.Ok thanks. So the scorpions are just another all season option? I have the same caps on mine. This will be a hot take, but I think they are better fitting & color match than the Tesla branded ones they sent out a few months of those to those of us that didn't get caps on delivery. Because of that, I feel they are better looking.Gotcha, thanks. I think what had me confused was that I recall ordering A/S tires since I don't do any off-roading and somehow ended up with A/T. In the end, I prefer the A/T look so, happy to have them despite the dip in range.
And yes those are Amazon center caps that I purchased right after I got the truck last summer. Sold the wheel covers for 700 on ebay!
I got mine from Discount Tire for $465 a piece. The picture doesn’t show the same sidewall but I got the CT wheels. Maybe they are double sided. The tires in your picture are the factory GOODYEAR WRANGLER TERRITORY RT, and those are NOT factory Tesla centercaps. I actually didn’t know this, about buying through the exchange. 22 years in, 1 year retired and still learning new stuff. Appreciate that!Veterans: Remember, you can get your tires discounted from the Marketplace on shopmyexchange.com, tax and shipping free. I had done it this way on my Model Y, just had them delivered to America's (Discount) Tire.
Pro tip: If you also pay for the insurance on the tires, at install, through America's Tire, they will replace for free if something happens and they cannot repair it.
My pleasure! Thank you for your service. ?I actually didn’t know this, about buying through the exchange. 22 years in, 1 year retired and still learning new stuff. Appreciate that!
