I was asking about this on Reddit and someone mentioned the .1 bug fix was only sent out to people running AI 4.1

Do newer CT's have an updated AI/hardware vs. the earlier models?

I got 13.2.2 a couple of weeks ago, CT AWD sn 51641.
I wasn't aware of either FSD 13.2.2.1 OR AI 4.1.

I have to say while FSD does some weird and sometimes really wonderful things, I use it for every drive, having to drive the very first and very last minute of each drive. I tell people I have a chauffeur who doesn't know how to park very well, yet!
One word of caution for new FSD users, if you have to take over, be prepared to step on the accelerator if you are moving. The vehicle immediately goes into regenerative braking, which could be a real problem for cars behind you at speed.
Most weirdness I experience seem related to map data (not traveling at the correct speed), my opinion.
Sometimes I get bizarre routing, but it is relatively easy to correct (but can surprise you if you didn't see the planned route).

Don't trust anything about Tesla or the Cybertruck on Reddit. It's filled with toxic man-baby Socialists who use the site to vent their stupidity. You have to sort through reams of attacks and misinformation to find useful nuggets about Tesla. So unless you already know the truth about something you may be taken in the wrong direction.

It’s the online meeting space for the people who can’t help but to flash the double middles as we drive by. ?

I use FSD about 95% of the time in city driving (3000 miles now) in San Antonio city driving. It has been quite rare for interventions. Prior to the last upgrade, detours were problematic but totally expected. Now, the CT navigates detours reasonably well and occasionally better than I. I have 2 very blind left turns at about 20° which is 70° on the opposite side. It is handled quite well. I watch and observe and smile as others seem to complain expecting perfection. As ESPN eloquently exclaims, “C’mon Man!”
Enjoy what you have!! Quit complaining for what is not available!

This pretty much sums it up. THe only other complaint i have with 13.2.2 is doesn’t seem to handle distances very well when turning into traffic. It’s never been unsafe for me… but it sure takes its sweet time for extremely large gaps only to commit to the turn at a point that basically makes any car in that lane move out of the way.

It will also slow down to enter turning lanes while in the fast/left lane a little too much. Every time, it’ll hit 35 in a 55 (hurry or standard)

not sure if this is consistent with everyone else.

It is hesitant on distances. I do like that it accelerates well when it finally decides to make the turn.

The only car in our fleet that’s on v13.2.2.1 is my wife’s model X. Her car was manufactured in August and my CB was manufactured in July. I can’t imagine she has a newer AI module than mine.

If someone can show that a change was made during those 30 days then that might add some credence to this suggestion.
