Winch Options for Cybertruck? Even trailer hitch?

Any thoughts / ideas on what would be possible for a strong (10K pound?) Winch for the CT?

I'd like to have one for my CT - even if its one that attaches to the trailer hitch - preferably electric (though I guess new electrical in CT may pose problem)
Would 120V plugs in bed be any help finding the right equipment?

Appreciate any thoughts.

My understanding is for the weight of cybertruck, you'd want a 12000lb winch, but I have not found anything that runs on AC power.

As an example, a warn Zeon 12s platinum draws 465A at 12v, or 5.6kW. The only user tappable hookup that we know of currently that can provide that kind of power is the 240V plug in the bed. But obviously you can't just hook up a 12VDC winch to 240VAC, so at present it doesn't seem like any option actually exists. I'm sure somebody will develop something, but not yet.

the 48V system can only provide .4kW of power at each hookup (there are 2), so even if there was a 48V winch, it doesn't look like it would be useful.

There have been some good options presented. I think there will be a number of options that will eventually work themselves out, especially in the aftermarket community.

Going the route of 120v (or even 240V) is an option. While the 48V open connections may not be an option (directly). You can always look at an interim solution. That would be to add a Marine Battery to your CT for the winch. This would be no different than those 10k/12k winches added to some trailers to assist with loading.

To take this a step further may be to use the 48V system to add a charging circuit for the 12V battery. While this may sound a bit ad hoc, it would also give you access to other 12V accessories.

Resurrecting this thread a bit, but this isn't as ad hoc as you might think. A typical car battery is designed to have huge amount of cranking current (500a-700a+) which is exactly what a winch needs when under load. Obviously your winch won't need a 100% duty cycle, so a lead acid ATV starter battery mounted in the frunk with a basic solar charge controller should both maintain and charge the battery nicely. Just hook up the 48v4a to the solar input, shouldn't be an issue.

Now I just need to find a good front bumper that I don't have to sell organs to get. Ideally something light/aluminum and looks great! Any vendors out there? @RIVAL 4x4 ? Eyeing you HARD
