When I picked up my Cybertruck I noticed that there was obvious (and unexpected) wind noise above about 65 mph and, if there is actually wind, then more like 45 mph. Only on the passenger side. The driver's side is whisper quiet. I have set up an appointment for Tesla to check it out but am wondering if anyone else has had an experience of this kind. Thank you!

I have wind noise on mine but do not have any other cybertrucks to compare against.
I have wind noise too, but I don't know if it's normal, I hear it only on hwy with >65mph speed.
I don't want to take it in unless it's a real issue. Waiting to hear from others in this forum.

I noticed significant noise on the passenger side from the AC that was speed dependent. If I switch AC to recirculate then it gets much quieter.

That may help. But I also notice some wind noise on the right side so curious if you discover anything

I have had whistling in my '20 MY, the exact words from the tech were "unless you see water coming in, it's normal". Honestly, the whistling gets pretty loud and annoying, so this had kinda bothered me for a long time. I hope you find a resolution.

The thing is that there is no noise of this kind on the driver's side. Quiet. And if it was on both sides and I just couldn't hear it, my wife sat in the passenger side and was able to identify it on her side but nothing on the driver's side. If it is specific to one side then it cannot be normal.

So is mine. It comes from the right side of the vehicle, near the roof glass. They, apparently "can't find the source of the noise" on mine.

I'm surprised how quiet my Cybertruck is, it's absent of wind noise I can localize to a specific location. I imagine a small tweak to those stainless-steel trim pieces that go around the side of the windscreen and roofline could change all that. When you grasp them and twist them, they rock from edge to edge a bit. I imagine a small change there could be the difference between no real wind noise, and wind noise.

I have the same issue, on delivery I noticed the rubber seal on the upper right side of the windshield looked deformed.
Took the truck to California and on the freeway for the first time and at 80-85mph is was really annoying and super annoying Tommy passenger.
On the way home, I put a strip of painters tape and wedged it in where the seal was deformed and was way better but still could hear it some.
My appointment has been pushed back twice as they’re waiting for parts.
I’ve pressure washed the truck 3 times already and no water is leaking in that I can see.
just have to wait for the appointment and hopefully it’ll get fixed.

Same here. I was thinking it was normal because it was coming from the driver side. My guess was the windshield wiper. But it was uncomfortably loud.

Mine is quiet at all speeds. I hear the motors spool up which sounds like an airplane but even that is pretty quiet. Even on the highway at 75-80 while it’s raining it’s quiet. So I would recommend getting the door trim or windshield area trip or something looked at.

On the lower right side of my windshield I noticed the rubber seal has sunken in between the glass and the stainless steel. I suspect this is the source of the wind noise

I noticed wind noise coming from my passenger side window as well. Driver's side is whisper quiet. I noticed there is a gap between the window glass and the seal on the passengers side. Enough so that I can fit a .75mm feeler gauge in between the window and the seal without making contact almost all the way up and down. There is a secondary seal behind it but it does lead me to believe this has something to do with the noise.

I can also easily fit the feeler gauge in on the drivers side as well, but it is pushing the seal away and there is no visible gap in resting position unlike the passenger side.

Haven't taken it in yet, but was curious if anyone else noticed any gaps on their windows.

I too have this noise - it is only from 50 to 65MPH and it is a high pitched whistling. Only on the right side - and It is quite annoying. if I crack the widow open slightly at speed it disappears. I will start taping up seams and see if I can isolate its source.

I took mine in and they fixed it. I noticed a new noise recently, above 70 mph, but it isn't a wind noise but some kind of rattle.
