Windows automatically all close when the car locks for me. I often bump the window window buttons, but it doesn't sound like that's what happening. Could you post a video of the rear window opening when you close the front door?

I will try to catch it by video, but often I just have it open for no reason

If the door is not fully closed and just latched the window will not roll all the way up

Right. If the door is not fully latched (or more importantly, if the sensor believes it is not fully latched) then the window will be ajar. Correction is probably a minor adjustment.

We're having this issue very consistently on our model Y. It's not "vent mode", where all 4 roll down to a consistent half inch or so. It's completely random how far down each one goes, sometimes just one, sometimes three, sometimes all 4. We're definitely not bumping window switches on exit. We'll confirm that they're all up on locking the car and 20 minutes later one window is down 6 inches. Tried turning cabin overheat protection off, no change. Hoping next software update fixes it...
