The pricing will probably come in close to original price post $7,500 rebate. States have added/changed rebates since 2019 too.

Average 60 month rates in Nov 2019 were about 5.4% and are now around 7.8%. (https://fred.stlouisfed.org/series/RIFLPBCIANM60NM)

That's at least a 6% increase in monthly payments due to financing if pricing is the same as original. Cybertruck was announced thinking Tesla's wouldn't qualify for the rebate any more.
