Unless you called the FBI, your local law enforcement has no idea. Right now that’s a Federal issue, not local. That said, I doubt anyone would consider that a violation since it’s not damaged. If it was keyed, that may be a different story and you should be able to get local criminal mischief, possible hate crime, and possibly the Fed Domestic Terrorism. But my guess is the Feds won’t do anything unless it involves arson or fire arm damage.

I am curious to know how other CT owners are responding to people showing fingers, disgusting signs etc on the road? Is ignoring and continuing driving the best way to handle?

As someone else mentioned. My front windows are tinted to match my back windows (still visible inside but more effort), I also have the minimal thermal tint on the front window but thats entirely for heat.

Smile, laugh at them, wave, any of these things show their hate is ineffectual. My wife has started blowing kisses at people that flip us off.

On a different note we had a blast at CHATTANOOGA CHARGE. If you haven't done a group light show yet they are the best!

A masked they/them decided to try and key a swastika into the drivers side sail of my Cybertruck. I didn't notice until I went to wash the truck and was able to go back and find the sentry footage. Thankfully the steel is hard enough that it barely scratched it. I was able to buff it out. What is wrong with people?

The FBI agents have been instructed from the highest levels to take Tesla vandals and harassment seriously. i doubt you will be disappointed if you file an incident report. The FBI is on it!

Speaking with my wife today, and we decided that we would put aside $1 for every negative reaction and take the kids out for a treat whenever we had saved enough. The idea is to turn a negative experience into a positive one.

I doubt people will understand my kids excitement as they bounce around in the backseat after getting flipped off . . .

I got given the finger(edited for clarity ?). Waited for them to pass. And followed them for a bit. They did a few circles in a trailer park and then tried to out maneuver me pulling a 180° around a giant rock to go the other direction. They were probably expecting me to need a 3 point turn but the cybertruck followed with ease.... Than this exchange happened ?
