So, I have seen all the door Handles that stick in the inside of the CT door to minimize fingerprints on the stainless steel. I found and ordered these from Amazon and I think they are pretty cool in that you can use the outside of the door to close it as well.
They have adhesive on both the inner and outer sides for solid adhesion. I have not taken it through a car wash yet, but they have been in the rain without issue

I like how the look blends in as the black matches the black trim already on the car. I chose the side with the top fit logo for inside as it has a raised ridge that I think gives a better grip opening the heavy door, but you cold reverse it if you wish.
One thing to note is that they are not nearly as big in person as they appear in the photo on the Amazon listing.

I got those for free with my visor screens. Was an Amazon special that now appears to be gone. How do you like them in real world use? I currently have the triangle ones on the inside of the door and on the fence about these

It's only been a few days, but being able to grab on both side of the door feels natural to me. I figured I could leave them on for the time being, at least until I get it wrapped. As I am considering black wrap, I might leave them on anyway.

Yeah. That would look nice and subtle with black.

I just live with the finger prints tbh. I find they fade quite a bit on their own anyways and its a truck. If I ever find myself caring more about my trucks appearance, i'd probably consider wrap.

I can understand that. If mine was a work or camping truck then I probably would feel the same as you. I like having a clean look and also, it gives people a visual cue of where to grab and how to open the door. It amazes me that so many people stare at the door, even after pressing the button, trying to figure out how to open it. It's kind of funny watching them stand there looking confused as to what to do next. Perhaps the handles will give them a hint. Lol.

Actually doesn’t look that bad…
Agreed. I was worried about the look, but given that the black kind matches the B pillar, Window, door, wheel, and lower body trim I figured it would almost look like it belonged.
I am glad it's not as big as it appears on Amazon. Plus, you can place it at any level. If you have little kids, you could put it lower on the back to protect fingers from the edges.

Also, you can put them on, and if you don't like them get out the heat gun and take them off.

if they are smaller, placing them on the upper portion of the door, maybe look better

I did think about that before placing them.
Afetr a couple weeks of use, I noted a few things.
First off, I noticed that when I am opening the car, I usually pull on the rubber Window trim and don't handle the metal at all, but everyone else grabs for the metal and now rubber handles.
Secondly, the metal gets really hot when it's in the sun. Having a rubber surface to grab is way nicer than grabbing metal. It's a reminder of driving, back in the 70's and 80's, when cars were mostly metal. I spent a summer in New Mexico and got a burn on the underside of my upper arm from placing on the door with a rolled down window. I learned quickly to use my shirt to open door handles and to never rest my arm on the window edge. Back then, we had 4-60 air conditiong, so open windows were a must. Lol.
Obviously, as cars became more and more plastic, that did not happen as much. Also, living in PA, we have a lot fewer months of the year where temps stay that high, but this past weekend was really hot and having rubber to grab was helpful.

I am trying a home remedy for now, which is working fine. Found a piece of clear Xpel and put if at the door top ( you need to zoom in to see), very unobtrusive.
