First Post - Happy to be here, just got my truck

Hey everyone. Been lurking for the past few weeks as we considered the purchase; many of your posts/pics were helpful in our decision, seems like a great community here!

So, I did an overnight demo drive offered by my local Tesla dealer, and within 48 hours was able to pull a nice chunk of equity out of my 2020 TRD Pro Tundra, sold last weekend. Took delivery of the 2025 AWD CT on Friday. Drove it ~4 hours, happily, to a big local PPF/wrap installer, went with the PurePPF Platinum (dark bronze) color.

Picking up the truck on Monday, PPF'd, and bringing it home for the first time - really excited. We are also building a home right now, and purchased the powershare wall charger to take advantage of the generator functionality of the CT, which saved us from having to buy a standby generator. Pretty awesome.

There aren't many of them in my area and the demo drive was pretty hilarious.. the truck certainly gets a lot of attention, for better or for worse. Anyway just wanted to drop my first post here, will post pictures as soon as I am able, if anyone is interested.

Congratulations. Yes, please share your new vehicle and wrap, dark bronze sounds interesting. Had a family member visit Maine last week and see a lot of Teslas, more than in our local area. Guess you are the tip of the spear with the Cybertruck. Again Congrats.

Congratulation. I pick up my truck tomorrow Just today I saw three in my town. Funny I was looking at the TRD PRO Tundra and the Silverado Bison until I heard what it cost to fill them up at $5 a Gallon.

Nice! Yeah this was a close second for me on color choices. I saw one in that frozen black when I dropped mine off, it was awesome.

If you don’t mind sharing, what pricing are you getting for a wrap?

I live in the greater Boston area (just inside the 95 belt) and got whistles from $8-9k (back in December) and now around $5-6k (for Pure PPF).

No problem at all. I paid $4,500 for the full PPF job, plus tint on the front two windows (legal 35% for Maine). Note this price included (3) days of a loaner vehicle which just happens to be a brand new Model 3!
