There is a mic setting on the app that lets you use various modes to music. Some are more colorful than others.
I think this is one of the monochromatic settings.
I have it in my truck and really like it. Going to try this as soon as I get home.
Unsolicited advice, when I first installed mine I followed the instructions and plugged it into the glove box usb but it kind of sucked that way. If you use sentry it stays in and it also kind of jacks up the caraoke mics. I just attached the a little usb device to the little harness just inside the passenger footwell and it works much better now because it turns on and off with the car. Which is also cool because it actually has a startup animation too.

Gotcha, I was thinking it was with the stock lightbar. I’m torn over adding more LED’s. Trying to decide if I want/ will use the door sill ones which I like but I also prefer less attention. And I already get a lot.

They can be turned off and are very inconspicuous when installed and not on.
At 70 bucks, worth it just for the grok feature and nothing else in my opinion.

$70 is def not worth it, you can get the same strip on AliExpress for $16.
When I got ambient lightning for my S I got "gotcha'd" for $170 from one of those dropship sites for the same stupid kit that I would've been able to get for <$50 from China.

Very similar but the remote looks a hair different. I’ll go measure mine so everyone knows what to look for. Stand by.

I can stomach the $70, but being that I’m on the fence with lights anyway, under $20 means I have to try it to see if I’d like it. If not, I have kids, they will find a use.
