FSD 14 release begins tomorrow October 6 (confirmed by Musk)

I would like somewhat predictable behavior when I arrive at a destination like finding a parking spot or telling me it’s time to take over. Not some bumble through the parking lot which could result in it pulling forward and banging the front bumper into a supercharger pole or whatever other foolishness.
What this thing currently does when the navigation goal is accomplished makes it seem incredibly unpolished and not confidence inspiring despite it actually being amazingly capable.

Has anyone gotten an update on this today?

Since you have Powerwall, you just need to wait for the Powerwall software update (and be using a Tesla Wall Connector or Universal Wall Connector).

I mainly wanna know if I can do it if I buy that equipment because I really don't trust Tesla to deliver on this anytime soon. Would much rather have the certainty for like 1k than to wait around all for it to be not working right because I have powerwall 2

So. In our model x, the tell that it’s hw4 is the red side cameras. Is this true of the older model
Y cars too?

Well, yes. But the car now tells you itself in settings.

If the FSD is V12, it's HW3, if it's V13, it's HW4. That's the easiest way to tell outside of the camera color.
