Tesla said they will change the rate from 2.49% to 0% at delivery once I transfer FSD

Wow. They promise to change it after you’ve already signed all the docs? Man, I’d make sure to get that all in writing before hand. I’m super skeptical.
Really appreciate you sharing that though, I’ll keep that in mind as I work with them. They promised me that the finance people would change it to 0% and they re-pulled my credit the same day. However they haven’t actually made the change yet.

Tesla just changed the APR to 0% for me after I bugged them about it 3 times. It took 3 days, but they changed my FSD transfer, AWD, pre-Sep 30th. order from 2.49% to 0%.

It’s up to you, but I’d certainly want it very clear that the loan I was agreeing to was 0% before I signed it. With Tesla, they are changing the world, but they do need help being held to what they promise.

Mine is pretty plain since I was trying to get the tax credit. Just AWD, FSD Transfer, and zero options to stay under the $80k. I'm a bit amazed that it worked as my FSD transfer was itself an FSD transfer from a Model Y I bought in 2020 that had grandfathered FSD for $6000 from a reveal night reservation. So that FSD purchase will be on it's 3rd car. So overall, this Cybertruck will be a pretty sweet deal if I can actually get it delivered. Tax Credit, 0% financing, and FSD Transfer... just impossible for me to say no.

Day 1 reservation holder here, finally pulled the trigger on 9/30, cant wait. Went with the awd ct, but did test drive a beast for a couple hours; a 7000lb truck has no business being that quick haha.

Ordered Sept 25 Cybertruck AWD. Was supposed to take delivery Oct 9th but got a message saying there was a delay. When I pushed on why the delay they said there was a "universal firmware update required for all Cybertrucks". Does anyone know what this is? I asked if they could send me a link about the firmware update to which they said no public link available...

I forgot to mention, I'm confirmed for delivery Oct 11th.

@wx14k , when you ordered did it say 3-5 weeks for you? I wonder if yours is so fast because there was inventory near by. Given that Tym is so close to the factory, I'm surprised that you got yours so much more quickly than him.
I'm seemingly hopeless for anything fast :-(. I was hoping to do a roadtrip next weekend, that would have been just short of 4 weeks but that seems unlikely now.
