Ugh. Ok you must be the other person who ordered in the brief window where the online tool had a corrupted design in it. I just got through getting a refund issued by Printful for another customer yesterday. What we need is your order number and then to contact their support and they will credit your credit card back. If you wish to re-order the same sweater the corrected design has been online for weeks now and I have received delivery of one of the corrected designs and can verify it is correct on both sides. Please let me know if I can be of assistance.

If you are interested in the details what happened was that I designed the sweater for a Large and then applied that design to all of the other sizes in the catalog and Printful's tool created mockup images based on one side of the sweater. The tool did not show me the other side in mockups so I listed the sweater for sale. When I went to order one I noticed that one side was corrupted, then discovered they were all corrupted and pulled the design while I manually fixed each one. There was a brief window of time though when the corrupted pattern was available for sale. Initially Printful pushed back on my first customer but when I showed Printful that their tool did the corruption and didn't expose that corruption through their generated mockups they agreed to refund the purchase. I hope you do order one of the corrected ones and apologize for this happening, it was my first time using their tool to create these actually knitted sweaters. Hopefully you at least liked the quality.

Again, let me know if I can help but they should issue you a refund.

Apparently it was out for delivery on the 22nd of December and is still out for delivery.
I’m about a day away from slapping a chargeback on this sweater near mid January.
Regret the $150 spent.
Not even you got it before Christmas correct?

Correct but i did not expect to get it before xmas based on estimated shipping dates from the website. I agree that your situation is weird that it made it to the US but then got lost somewhere in the US? I don't recall who dropped it off at my house, if it was US Postal service or UPS or some other independent shipper. Was the shipping site able to give you an update on where your order is at or can you enter some sort of trace or follow up by the shipper? If the item is lost or hung up in shipping I wouldn't put that on the company that made the sweater but rather on the shipper.

I also received a botched one like yours, and thankfully @TeslaKen was able to get me a full refund which finally posted today. I've gone ahead and ordered another one in the same size as I really like the quality and fit.
