VIN disappeared.

Utah, config date 1/2/2024. Dual Motor. VIN was assigned on 4/27/24 and I just checked and it is gone. Thought I might be picking up my truck within a week and now it is gone. Did this happen to anyone else?

That happens every once in a while, not really great, but not really something to worry about. Sometimes it may have meant that there were issues with your vehicle and they are waiting to reassign you to a new one.

Check both online and in the app to see the status. And then maybe send a message in the app to check status.
