I have a bunch of bug guts on the front hood panel that have been building up over the last week. I'll wash them off when I get a round tuit.

Sill looks mighty-fine from a short distance so I'm not gonna lose any sleep over it!

I’ve only had it for 3 days now but I’ve been wiping down the exterior every afternoon after work haha. I’ll get past this phase but it’s enjoyable. Been using a lot of windex for the outside which seems to work well. The hood seems to be the most difficult with swoosh marks for some reason so I’ll probably do a full wash in a week or so. I’ve been using Car Guys Interior cleaner and it’s been great. Used it for years in my Model 3 does a solid job.

I've been bringing it to a full touch car wash a few times a week. The pollen is terrible right now in Massachusetts. No issues with scratches at all.
Any issues with the chemicals, such as sealant s and wax's affecting the appearance of the stainless?

Washed it the first time today after 6 weeks ownership
I washed mine on second day as I rushed it away from delivery center before they could wash it… came out great at our Futurewash in Rohnert Park, CA. Basic wash with hand dry to keep waterspots off

No issues so far. I get the base wash which doesn't include a lot of the other chemicals.
I've had good luck with my local car wash, too. I've just done basic washes so far, but will likely try the "medium" wash next, mainly because it includes an undercarriage rinse and they have a monthly subscription for that one (should be cheaper long term). I just have to make sure the "tri-foam wax" doesn't discolor the stainless steel first.

This car wash is the type you put into free roll and it moves you through the stages on a track. It uses brushes, but they're more like small foam paddles than the old style plastic brushes. I go through once or twice a week.

One month, 900 miles, about ½ of them highway, and I haven't washed mine with soap and water yet.

I have used Sprayway and microfiber towels about twice a week - usually after a highway trip - and that water-less wash seems to be keeping it really clean. Sprayway handles finger prints and smudges easily if those things bother you; I just give the trouble spots a quick pass every day or so.

I cleaned the interior for the first time today, plugging my 120vac hand vac into the outlet in the console. That was cool... When I pulled out the floor liners to wash them I turned them over and discovered that they are WeatherTech branded. They washed up very easily!

I'll probably give the truck a real soap and water wash in the next few days. Maybe.....

Curious how often owners are washing their Cybertrucks. I’ve ended up washing my CT around 5 days a week. Some days I just hose it off and dry it with microfiber as it’s ceramic coated. I can’t stand when there’s dirt, bugs and watermarks all over my gloss wrap. Inside I vacuum and wipe down probably 3-4 days a week. The black inside and out really shows any debris.

With that said, I’m loving the look of gloss black. It’s just high maintenance if you’re picky.

5 days a week? Yikes, there is no way my schedule would allow that. I plan on wrapping mine matte black and hopefully it won't require that much washing.

I clean the whole exterior with Sprayway nearly every weekend, with touchups as needed for bugs on the frunk or fingerprints.

I also keep a small stash of Sprayway and microfiber cloths in a Cyberpack in my door to take care of fingerprints that invariably show up after I park in public ?
