That does seem pretty dated (I believe that first appeared in Feb) but I've seen it happen before on the car fleet. You might want to send a service request through the app and see what they say.

There was a bug in 2023 (maybe 2022?) that your vehicle wouldn't ever get the push. Some had bad cell/wifi cards, but others finally received the update when rebooting while connected to wifi. The theory was that it reset the connection, but it could just be coincidence.
I believe Sawyer Merritt tweeted about it at the time.

I'll agree its odd. Do you remember getting any update notifications that you didn't get to in time?
There still are a few vehicles on it with you, so you are not alone.
You can create a Service Request about it and see what they say. They can check to see if anything is stuck.
Or just wait for the next release and see what happens.
