Obviously, I am not sure why anyone would think that removing the rear window will still allow Bioweapon to work.
These windows are water tight and presumably air tight seal when they are in place. I cant imagine it has any impact on the AC, assuming it is in the closed position.

Ahh, I was referring to when the window itself is physically removed.

Other than that, does anyone know if this will likely cause buffeting when the rear glass is removed? Similar to having a rear window down and the front windows up (the annoying pressure/noise)

I don't like that you have to remove the glass and put it somewhere. I wish they would make one that slides and not to thrilled with the screen but I guess they don't want the liability.
