I'm happy for the recent delivery folks who are getting proper gift card balances, but it's madness that those with old vouchers are sitting on the sidelines waiting for things to be in-stock, haha!!

We received our email June 19th when it referred to the $2500 as “once time use”. We haven’t used it yet because everything is always out of stock. Just checked my Tesla credits balance and it’s $0. Looks like the “promotional balance” is not retroactive. I really hate that there is nobody to talk to/email about this.

Ah. That means A) you haven’t checked out yet or B) they changed the terms.

It was previously the case that the voucher was only good for one checkout, regardless of how much you spent. If they changed it…then I should have read further. :-D

What do you mean share? I read all these and still continue to that it’s a 1 time use. I didn’t know that and bought a bed divider for $300. It said I had $2100 left then found out 1 time use to I Panicked and ran down to the delivery center. They also said it was one time use but I told them I was reading people say it’s changed to a gift card. I finally found my E mail they sent me Saturday when I picked it up and didn’t read. It states it’s good for a year and any “remaining balance “ will be forfeited after a year all the workers in the center were completely lost and ran out when I left and said someone higher up wants me to forward the e mail to them because they have been dealing with this and had no idea of the change.

This could’ve just been a rumor but don’t you have the option of getting PowerShare or 6mo of free supercharging? I swear I remember reading that when they first started shipping out at the beginning of the year

No one knows because it doesn't exist, but I'd keep a reminder because your voucher could expire before it releases.
