Powershare 700 credit vs 2500 credit

Has anyone that originally received the $700 powershare credit and did not redeem it, successfully received the 2500 credit instead? Seems unfair that newly refused powershare installs get $2500 credit and earlier it was only $700. Even if you did get/use the $700 credit it seems like you should be entitled to the difference. If you received and never used the $700 credit it seems like you should be able to have the $700 credit voided and a new $2500 credit issued.

I believe there was another thread on this already that I've seen. I agree the whole thing is crappy... the Beast model included $4k of install credit and my email mentioned a total of $1400 in store credit since we already have full solar & batteries.
Complete crap IMO since my "Value" would have been $2500 +$4000... so they are basically saying because I've already spent 100k on solar and batteries I just get the privilege of loosing out on $5100 value that was included in my FS CB order?! Incredibly annoyed.

I'd be happy with some kind of communication. Had my truck over 2 months and didn't qualify for Powershare due to my generator. No credits at all, neither $700 nor $2500. No communication at all after selecting the credit over supercharging.

I received my email today as well and will be getting the full $2500.

I'm glad they are doing this -but, it is also frustrating that just a few days ago I got this:
....Per the program available at the time, the $700 voucher is the only voucher that will be issued for this account. Apologies for any confusion.

Are they just deciding today to reverse this?

I was given 6 months free supercharging since I initially declined the home powershare option. I recently received an email giving me $1800 store credit for a one time purchase.
