Anyone know how to reach customer service to check on the $2500 credit. I'm going on 3 weeks post delivery and still nothing. Tesla is so hard to get in touch with. Separate topic, but I also ordered the vault divider a few weeks ago. The package arrived a week ago and instead of the vault divider, it was all weather floor mats. I finally found an email address to reach out for the shop and still haven't confirmed the exchange given the incredibly slow response times. I knew this was Tesla before I bought the truck, but the lack of customer support is still frustrating.

Maybe not understanding your question. But maybe I do. I found it was a little difficult to find the credit in the app. In the phone app, tap on three white lines in upper right corner. Now tap on your user name, the right arrow on your user name. Now click on Wallet. Your credit should be there?
I guess you are saying the credit is not there.

i got my credit, but since i rent a house and dont own i dont want to install the equipment - or should I?

Landlord is okay with it, but it seems not needed. I also live in a new area with underground power utilities so we dont lose power in storms.

Install it if not to expensive, you can always take the equip with you when you leave. Also you most definitely can loose power in a storm with underground utilities. Unless it’s underground all the way to the power station, in which case you can still loose power in a storm.

I have to get a quote for the electrician work but I've heard heard it's between $3,500 / $4,000 for the installation.

The credit is for the Power share that FS owners opted out of , really it isn’t. A credit it’s what we paid for because there wasn’t a choice to say no and save the $2500 so those of us that didn’t want it but already paid got the money back in “credit “ to be spent at the telsa shop . That’s why all the stuff is sold out on the site ? we all can’t figure out what to spend it on

Took CB delivery in July. I started down the path of using my Powershare and and $4k install credit. Months later, it turned out to not be viable in my home. Now I don't know how to reverse course and get the $2500 credit. I've spent hours and hours on the phone with Tesla, qmerrit, my 3rd party installer, and I've e-mailed everyone and God.... I've gotten no where. Feeling helpless.

Same boat for me except I have the AWD. I was told by Qmerit it wasn't viable for my house setup. Waiting for the "magic" voucher to appear.
