Who has paid a deposit for Unplugged Performance parts?

Just curious who has put a deposit down for @Unpluggedperformance parts? It’s been 11 months and $15k later and I haven’t seen one product from them. Anyone else in the same boat?

They’re happy to take my money but communication is non existent. Pretty shady sales tactics. Buyers beware for sure.

Wheels, fenders, hood, brakes, underbody protection. They’ve been selling for almost a year without any products to actually sell. So far they’re just selling vaporware.

I bought a Carbon Spoiler for ModelY a few years back…

Long story short I had to send pictures of the defects to which they replied “we are sorry that such a poor quality part made it out of our shop, this must have been one of the early samples, we pride ourselves better than this.. yadda yadda yadda..”

I got a refund, but it was still a hassle from ‘such a prestigious’ aftermarket brand..

A few months later, they announced the partnership with Koenigsegg on many carbon parts..

Yesterday I received my side sail molle panels, and my roof rack bars are supposed to ship this week.

Yes I gave deposits in May for many parts so far just my rear bumper has been delivered and installed

Sell first, build later, not unique to UPP, but sure it's still frustrating for that amount of $'s. Im sure they'll come through and for the price it better be good kit!

I paid for front an rear bumper kits. I get an email update every 3 weeks saying the same thing. They say that significant progress has been made but they do not have a delivery date at this time.

I did back in July for the carbon fiber hood overlay with light bar. Nothing from them in terms of communication yet and the last time I called a couple of months ago it wasn’t an ideal exchange. Literally no projection on completion date and the response was as if I was insane/unreasonable for asking for an update.

*Correction: I ordered in June - more than a month before I took delivery of my CyberBeast with the hopes that by the time I got the truck, I would be able to take it over and get it installed right away. Obviously not.
