Oh ok, you go on thinking what you want ? they literally spare no time telling me exactly how they feel about Elon on a daily basis.

I mean, I agree with them. But it is what it is.
You're proving my point. Elon's actions didn't force anything. People have decided his actions have some sort of impact on their life which make them feel one way or another, so they have to make it known forcefully to people they perceive as his supporters, just because they drive a car from the company he runs. That last part is the problem, not Elon's fault. To your point tho, I will agree his actions sometimes exacerbate the problem for those with inability to control their emotions.

I had one kid in the back seat of a Cadillac do the window roll down gesture, so I did, and he said “Hey man your trucks really ugly!” I’m so used to people complimenting the truck I just reflexively said “Thanks dude!” And gave him a big smile and thumbs up. He looked so confused. Ironically he was the ugliest kid I’ve seen in a very long while, the poor thing. Way more people have given positive feedback and asked to see the inside and walk around etc than hate on it in my experience

Only a couple birds that I have noticed. 95% of others like it or at least curious about it. Kids jump up and down for it.

Yesterday at Publix, a 1-year-old boy was crying because his mom wouldn't take him to see my Cybertruck...1-year-old!!

Kids know best...and there is hope for our future after all. :)

I don’t know, I was raised to be respectful and follow the golden rule. I’m not a big fan of our post-moral, zero-sum, game-theory society.

I don’t think it makes any sense to take the richest dude in the world and isolate him from the consequences of his decisions by suggesting that it’s not his fault.

No one is making Elon be, do, or say anything he’s doing, being, or saying.

I agree with you he can be, do or say whatever he wants to it’s a free country. But there are always consequences. Positive and negative.

What I do agree is that these people need to mind their own fucking business. By the car you want. If you don’t have anything nice to say you can shut the fuck up. Didn’t your mom teach you that?

Brings me back full circle: (1) Do onto others … and (2) mind your own business. This would solve 99% of our problems!

I went into what could be considered hostile territory with the CB, a vintage British car show. The host specifically asked for the CB to attend, but it seems didn't tell the rest of the show (it was a private residence show). So it was a surprise. I waited until the judging and awards were handed out and then brought it in. Overall, very nice crowd. Most were fascinated, some just ignored it. A 90 year old owner of an MG asked a bunch of questions and just smiled the whole time. Of course the kids in attendance, 8-18 age spread were very happy to explore it.

Biggest takeaway is that almost nobody knew about the vault and it's size/uses. It just doesn't telegraph "truck" to people outside the Tesla bubble.

Why do so many people think Tesla said the glass was unbreakable? They said it would be stronger than regular auto glass, not "unbreakable". Unfortunately, they used too heavy of a steel ball to test it.
They were throwing a steel ball at the windows all day. It finally broke on stage.

No. Their explanation was that hitting it with the sledgehammer caused damage that result in the failure on stage. That’s what Franz said.

When Elon told him to hit it again harder that’s when their fate was sealed. I believe that they had only tested the sledgehammer strike on a standalone door before that.

There are alot of things that aren't illegal but have bad outcomes.

Why is the only barrier illegality?

He's currently the most gullible billionaire and he broadcasts complete fallacies to millions of people several times a day.

Many of the same responses. All but 2 positive in 2 months. One finger on interstate in PA and recently got egged while sitting in CT while my wife was picking up mail at post office. The best reactions are from kids 8-15 years old. One neighbor (we like near lake) said “when are you putting that boat in the water.”
