Been adding a lot of interior items over the last two weeks and in the process of sitting in my CT FS there has been very random settling noises coming from what always appears to be the back side. Sometimes a knock noise happens making me think someone is messing with my CT. Has anyone experienced this or know if this is cause for concern?

I hear mine sometimes make noises while sitting and the knock you speak of , I wouldn’t worry about it. I imagine do to the adjustable suspension it will settle here and there while Parked. My chevy truck makes 452 noises when parked

There's the suspension air pump and any up/down sounds, the climate control heat pump (both heating and cooling) and fans, the airflow you can hear near your head when seat cooling is on, whatever cooling and/or heating there is for the battery pack, probably some relays like when you walk up to the vehicle with a phone key and/or unlock the door, and that's probably not all. Those may make sounds even if you're not driving. Not to mention odd sound when you reboot.

In addition to the drive motors, there are steering motors, wiper motor, washer fluid motor, and probably some others, not counting windows, doors, tonneau cover, etc. Some of the electronics will making whining sounds, esp. if preconditioning the battery. So all kinds of odd sounds that I'm not used to from typical ICE vehicles. As long as they're not loud or crunchy or otherwise scary, or weren't there for some time but then appeared and remained, I wouldn't worry too much about them.
