Don’t buy from tesstudio. I purchased running boards from them two weeks ago that were said to be in stock. Two weeks later and still don’t have them or know when I’m getting them. Hopefully you get the product this year.

The fact is, the Cybertruck running board has been extremely popular, leading to a sell-out of our inventory, which is why we were unable to ship within the specified time. However, we have a solution. Any customers who have not received their order can contact our customer service to apply for compensation. We can offer you a small gift, a refund of a certain amount, or a cash discount coupon as compensation for the delayed shipment.

Additionally, we will soon have the stock available, and we will be shipping it directly by air to our warehouse in California for prompt and unified distribution.

Your website said they were available when I purchased. I have been in contact with customer service few times which are not speedy on responses. Takes a couple days to get an answer. All I have gotten was a sorry and I will be informed when available “sometime” in mid December. Is this solution a response to this post?

Same situation with me. Ordered 11/26 when they were “in stock “. Asked when they would ship and got vague answer. So now almost 3 weeks later I have requested to cancel my order. Hopefully I will get a response soon.
