Who's waiting for the offroad light bar?

I'm still waiting since September 14th for my light bar.
it would be nice to get some type of reassurance or thank you for waiting.
You got to hand it to them this would be the first time I paid for something and to wait this long to get it. other than live events or real estate. and not have a clear indication of when or if I will even get it. I can't believe I agreed to that. well, it felt more like forced into agreement. like you don't like it ok no soup for you. and with no human face in front of you to even express some minor change request or disagreement. they did it anyway got me into paying way ahead of time with uncertain terms ohhwee that's a new one for me. bless their hearts .

I got a NFS so I don’t get one but it doesn’t seem unreasonable to ask them once a month for it until you get it. Just pick a day of the month that seems right to you. How about the 23rd? For no real reason…

I’ve been waiting since May. Scheduled a Service Appt for the other recalls (bed appliqués and wiper motor) and specially asked to have light bar installed at that time. They came back with a comment and said unfortunately light bar wasn’t available.

Why not tweet Wes or one of the other execs and ask for an update? My service center did not receive one for my service appointment today even though they added it to the order weeks ago. I figure it gets here when it gets here... ??

Totally unacceptable. Pi$$es me off every time someone reminds me. And all the new deliveries come with the wheel covers.

I followed the steps someone else posted and made a service request for wheel covers and lightbar. The appointment is in a few days. Not sure if I get it or not but they already sent me an estimate for $0.00 since I have the CB FS.
I have a feeling and this is purely a guess. That they might have one or two on hand at each service center just in case for repairs. They might be installing them when they are asked for. At least until they are produced in high enough numbers to give to everyone that was suppose to get one.

I was expecting to get a message saying my appointment is(or will be) cancelled due to the bar not coming in. But it hasn't happened yet. So... See you later this week service center? Please?

Wheel covers should now be available to all. When I scheduled for the light bar they advised no light bar but covers are available.

We'll see. I have a service appointment on 12/26. Will report back if I finally get wheel covers or not.

Last time I was there I was told to wait for the second email of the two email sequence.

I don't think they will be installing anyone's light bar any time soon. you can go ahead and schedule appointments for it and they will neither confirm nor deny that they have one, but it just won't get installed. this is just my opinion derived from my experiences with the SC in connection with the cybertruck Its my assumption that they are under some sort of gag order and not allowed to answer any inquiries about the light bar, they can't say if they have them or if they don't. but I think they do have them but have not been given the green light and I think it's due to legal matters and its possible we will never get one. and then offer us reimbursements. don't get all bent out of shape because I'm saying this, it's just my opinion

Well a bunch of people have already gotten them, so... Unless there was some new legal action or something, they seem to have found the way around it by not completing the install.
