I don't think this is correct. I literally have a section on my app that lets me deduct $2k from the vehicle under the buyer section as a loyalty credit. For new customers, the referrer also gets $1k in addition to this. However, for existing customers, the referrer does NOT get the $1k. I...

They just dropped lease rates by $100 each for AWD & Cyberbeast. I think we'll see more incentives by the end of December before delivery numbers come up and before Q4 earnings.

In my case, I had an order that was on hold, I had paid my $1000 deposit. They won’t refund it, which I understand. Even for me though it makes more sense to burn the $1000 deposit and place a new order and save $2000.

Sadly they will not apply it. It can’t hurt to ask on the Tesla app messaging, but they haven’t budged on this for the Cybertruck. You will have greater savings with a new order.
