I eventually managed to get the truck on the tow by keeping it connected to my ram via jumper cables. Had to do the same thing once on Tesla Lot. Let those geniuses figure out the rest. Was a disastrous experience. Just glad it didn’t happen at dinner the night before. It’s been a week now...

So I disconnected the blue then red, waited 5 min and connected red then blue. Still dead. The 48V will only hold a charge while jump wired ro my ram.
