About a week ago out of nowhere my display screen started going crazy with error messages. I pulled over and tried resetting the system, which didn’t work the screen then told me to get out the vehicle lock it and get back in to resolve the issue. I did that and the issue was resolved. I then went to dinner on the town. I parked my cyber truck in the driveway and went to sleep I woke up the next morning to find out that my truck only charged to 50% and was unresponsive. Nothing worked. I couldn’t get inside. It was dead after a few tutorials I was able to open the front And then jumpstarted to open the door while connected to the jumper cables. The screen was on and displaying multiple error messages as soon as I disconnected the cables, the whole truck went dead. Still waiting on the repair. I has been 8 days now. I had the truck for 4 months. I think the last update is frying the 48 V battery, if that’s even possible.

The 48v components are super new, so unfortunately we will have some bugs to work out.

Did you by chance try to disconnect the HV battery and wait a while then reconnect?

So I disconnected the blue then red, waited 5 min and connected red then blue. Still dead. The 48V will only hold a charge while jump wired ro my ram.

In the Tesla Model X you do the LV battery and the HV battery via the first responder loop. This causes a 'hard reset' by turning off all subsystems.
Model X example:
1) disconnect LV/12v
2) disconnect first responder loop to disconnect the HV contact
3) wait 2-3 minutes
4) connect first responder loop to connect the HV contact
5) Connect LV/12v

[UPDATE-BEGIN]: I would assume that the MV/48v would disconnect the HV contact too.
Service doc show disconnecting the first responders loop.

Here is the only place I could find the Cybertruck First Responder loop mentioned:

I eventually managed to get the truck on the tow by keeping it connected to my ram via jumper cables. Had to do the same thing once on Tesla Lot. Let those geniuses figure out the rest. Was a disastrous experience. Just glad it didn’t happen at dinner the night before. It’s been a week now. Still waiting. Getting my completion date kicked back by the app. 2 x now.

That sucks. SC has had mine for over a week now with no resolution on repair of tonneau cover. This is the 4th time they had to do repairs. They just are throwing parts at it. I guess this is all part of owing a beta model.
