I had the same issue. I took it in and it was some loose trim inside the vehicle. Easy fix for the service center.

I have emailed Tesla and they tell me it is an engineering issue where we need to be added to the approval list for PowerShare. I have had my CT for almost 6 months and nothing yet despite having all the latest software on the gateway, v3 charger and CT. it is frustrating.

My CT along with our Model X and Model 3 are doing the same thing. I think it is pretty normal for seats to do this. I have had this happen in other cars as well.
