Iām under the opinion that Tesla is happy with the charging situation above 60%. Their literature and suggestions on the trip push frequent short charges instead of longer charge times. If you do the math, several short stops will get you to your destination faster than fewer high charge...
FSD 14.3.3 is not reading speed limit signs properly. I was driving on I-10 in Mobile, Al when I got pulled over by a local Sheriff. I was doing 76 with the display showing the speed limit of 70. There are several road construction signs in the area showing the speed limit is 65 with double...
Nice job and the use of aluminum really cuts down on the weight. Iām still using the cargo strap method posted by another user a while back. Easier to store cargo straps⦠š
I know it's not accord ing to Tesla, but every time I took my CT in for service, I was told tire rotation was not needed, even though the last visit I was at 24,000 miles. I don't know why they kept telling me this so I rotated them myself. I'm at 32,000 miles and there is still plenty of tire...
I got 14.2 on my CT prior to a long trip to Florida (which Iāve made many times). I was anxious to see how much better it was than v13. The start of the trip went fine while on I-10 (most of the journey) but when I hit I-75 and fast moving heavy traffic, the truck kept rocking back and forth...
Iām gonna make a bold prediction base on experience and a look at the facts. Many features enjoyed by HW4 Teslaās still are not available on the Cybertruck (any form of Summon, for example). And some that are on the Cybertruck are very suspect. My prediction is āNo v14.xā for Cybertruck and...
I have Anker USB-C hub and plug my Starlink mini into it. It works great on long trips (i have the mini sitting on the dash with a clear view of the sky.
I agree it seems like the Cybertruck has been ignored too long. Iām told from the sales people at Tesla that Robotaxi is the emphasis and others will come along later. I also have issues with my CT hugging the white line on certain roads (hitting the rumble strips) forcing me to take over...
I was told by Tesla techs the seats draw in air, not blow air. Thatās why you (and me) thought they didnāt work. On a very hot day, getting in the truck after sweating, I can feel the coolness of the seats. Different technology than other cooled seats. BTW, they charged me for the service⦠š
Tesla did that to me, charge a diagnostic fee when they couldnāt duplicate the problem. Iām very careful when I report an issue and take pictures of the incident along with date and time stamps where they can look at the logs.
For me, there isnāt a viable alternative to what my CT offers me. I donāt have a Beast but have throughly enjoyed my CT from day one. Would not trade it in or sell.
My CT is similar in coloring, itās Red/Black iridescence and sparkles in the sunlight. I would post a picture but it need a wash job in the worst way.?
I totally agree and my experience with my Ford Ranger proved it when it comes to efficiency. Adding a rack to my truck destroyed my gas mileage. And that was only from the rack, not carrying a load. ?
