It’s a low volume grumble and my thought's on this is it’s a motor as if one is not completely disengaged at a stop. As if there is a slight positive torque at a wheel.

Fun fact about RainX. If you get chips in the shield and want them corrected, that RainX makes it a royal PIA for the correction. It must be completely gone from the chip. I quit using it as in Colorado I am doing chip correction at least once a year. Not worth the trouble.
I love it.
Only complaint… the specs are TIGHT on the sides to sidewall. The consequence is the cover and re attaching it along the sides when you pack it down. It is a colossal PIA sometimes.
Besides that no complaints.
