Tesla confirmed they have been making the new cells in house since Q4 2025 - but I only saw info about them being installed in the Y at that time - would be awesome if they are in fact in the 2026 built trucks as well.
Dont hesitate is my .02. Had two 24's and now two 26's - day and night difference imho. The delta is about as small as it can logically ever be between the two.

Living on acreage in the highest risk fire area in California (with electric well pumps for water), PS with PW was about 50% of the reason we bought two cyberbeasts.

Agreed, I went from two 24 beasts to 2 of the 26 beasts.
The difference is shocking to me, my 2026's are much tighter feeling and a lot more insulated feeling - much closer to luxury car ride/feel.
