Thanks…forwarding to my installer!

I have Gateway offline issues on my system as well (purchased CyberTruck Foundation Series which included gateway). Installer came out and worked with Tesla to diagnose and ended up replacing the entire gateway with a new one….and now the problem continues…very frustrating!

100% agree that you need proportional response…if they key a nazi symbol and get aggressive with you as you confront them…can justify more aggressive response vs some dumb adult kid that finger paints.

Interesting…have not been familiar with 3rd party apps …just kinda dismissed them. I checked out Tessie site but unclear if they provide you an immediate Sentry Alert On detection of any person? I just WISH Tesla would add this option into their App…its seems such a simple add and much needed...
