Like many on here, I have a second reservation. Mine is to cover me if a couple years from now the new trimotor has a bunch of upgrades and longer range. Then Iāll sell my FS beast, at a loss Iām sure but it will be worth more than an older AWD and Iāll have enjoyed beast performance till then.
It was the original idea of the trimotor with 500 mile range, camp mode, and the roll up bed cover to keep flying gear in the back but relatively dust free and stainless steel to not get pinstripes from brush on 4WD roads.

I donāt really care if the CT price drops 50% (it wonāt). Iāve waited long enough and only have so many more years of driving. I want it sooner than later but am happy that they will build thousands more before I get my beast at the end of the year.

Unlike protecting a painted Tesla, you can always choose to wrap a CT later. Itās interesting that the majority of them shown on CTOC are wrapped while the handful that Iāve seen in the wild have all been bare. Perhaps this forum doesnāt represent the true demographic of the average owner.
A separate issue but I was told the MY WiFi antenna is in the right side view mirror (which was the opposite side from my home WiFi router). I ended up installing a Google WiFi repeater in the garage to have consistent reception
I agree, there is a part of the human psyche that sometimes pressures ourselves to just give up on something to reduce the stress or the chance of disappointment. Donāt give in to it when the end is in sight.
