When I ordered it was due to be delivered in Sept/Oct 2026. Tesla AI chat until yesterday had delivery 9/30-12/9/26. Now it reports just 2027.

Tesla should be allowing order cancellations and refund of the $250.

Does anyone show delivery this year?

Probably will be thankful for delay as the BMW iX5 will be out later 2026 with 143 kwhr battery and 600 mile range for $20k more than dual motor Cybertruck.

Unless there is an official statement from Tesla, we have currently no reason to believe the original timelines are incorrect.

The AI chatbot has no information relating to when production is starting, the rate at which they are produced, and how they will be distributed around the country. I would give it zero credibility when there is simply no information.

Yes waiting longer and longer for the delayed 2021 model they held to make better, and now we are going in wrong direction in 2026 instead of better it’s lesser. So glad I waited for Tesla to come to their senses.

Still have hope, committed to Tesla just not the price. Owned five vehicles since 2019 while waiting and nothing beats a Tesla.

That was probably the estimated window for those ordering around that time.
Joe Tegtmeyers drone footage showed increased Cybertruck production last week. They should start building demo models soon, if they’re going to start deliveries in June. Hopefully we start seeing steel wheels in the outbound lot in the next 2 weeks or so.

No stainless or self driving for $20K more?
