Hey Cybertruck Friends! What are your favorite running boards for the Cybertruck and why? Do you prefer fixed or automatically deployed? Did you order them directly from the vendor's site or through Amazon? Do you have a discount code you can share with the group?

Would you rather have your favorite running boards or the Tesla Terrestrial Armor Package (if you could only choose one and they were priced evenly)?

Ready, Set, Goooooo!

Agree those are amazing looking for protection. I currently have the Tesla terrestrial armour on mine but when a step was my top priority, I chose and loved these:
https://tsportline.com/collections/...unning-boards-and-lower-rocker-cladding-armor
They are the only ones I found that don’t somehow make the car lower or wider, great functional steps and offer some protection. They are a very substantial piece of steel. I put xpel armour on mine just to integrate them better with the rest of the car but the powder coat finish is nice too.
after I bought them they also came out with the aeromaxx ones which I think look nice.

These are from Tessery. I like them but it's almost not needed.I don't think the truck is high enough to make these useful

So, I really like the look of these as you know but doesn’t widening the car like that make it a pain in the ass to get in and out of unless you’re using the step?
I’m a short person and when I step out of a truck with a setup like that I always seem to rub my calves on it.

Makes sense. I’m guessing it will be more useful for all those trucks that were ordered without air suspension because they won’t lower to entry mode.

I second the t-sportline version because they are subtle, still functional and don't stick out and make your truck look like crap.

I really like these, but worry that leading edge would drive me bananas, or does in integrate better than I think?

I got these from EVbase. I ordered off of Amazon. Currently $312.33 on Amazon vs $499.00 on their website. I don't off-road, but the wife needed some to help getting up into the truck.

It’s better integrated than you think. That shot is one I specifically got to demonstrate it.
fairly easy to live with even for those of us who are kind of ocd about the car.
I do like my terrestrial armour better and it doesn’t have that, but it’s also like 6 times the price and shields the whole underside of the car.
If you were truly committed to it, you could 3d print a piece to smoothly integrate it but it didn’t bother me enough to chase that dragon.
Here is the car with terrestrial armour.
The “step” is very small but useable for little feet.
