Appliqué door loose (crossbar mounting point)

My right rear appliqué door is loose and sits down in the appliqué. While the door hinge is correctly seated and functional, the bracket it snaps into moves about freely. Does anyone have a way to fix this (particularly without removing the whole right rear appliqué)? Video attached for reference.

I had the exact same issue. Required a service visit and a replacement.

Was yours done under warranty? They’re estimating $43 for trim adjustment

There’s a plastic piece under the applique that secures the door. Looks like that piece has become dislodged.

Should be covered under warranty unless there was physical damage done to the applique.
