Top left of video screen, press the button. Select "Sentry" and drop down thumbnails of Sentry videos will appear. Most recent event at top. Select one you want to watch and it begins playing. The UI changed after last update.

I'm just speculating, but, if the "nag" is not needed as often in FSD 14. Possibly it has been optimized to require less system resources to run it effectively. That would free those extra unused resources to run the upgraded graphics. Personally, I'm very impressed with what I already have...
